Mini Bruschetta topped with bacon and avocado
and Prunes wrapped in bacon, grilled crispy and served from the oven
Entrée
Smoked Salmon - served on top of crisp lettuce, tomatoes and cucumber,
dressed with mustard citrus vinaigrette
Mains
Prime Sirloin of Beef – sliced and served with a mushroom
and peppercorn sauce
And
Roast Stuffed Turkey – tender turkey breasts with traditional stuffing, topped
with bacon, tenderly roasted and served with a delicious cranberry jelly
And
Ham on the Bone – glazed with honey and mustard

- Baby Beetroots, glazed with orange and garnished with fresh mint
